Abstract
Myocardial infarction (MI) is a recognized cause of left ventricular (LV) aneurysms, however, on rare occasions, they may be produced by radiofrequency ablation (RFA) therapy [1]. Cardiac arrhythmias, such as premature ventricular contractions (PVCs), are commonly treated with RFA. Generally, RFA is considered a safe and effective intervention, but complications can occur, including myocardial damage leading to the development of aneurysms
