Abstract
Oxyphenbutazone is a very effective antiinflammatory agent introduced into clinical use in the mid-twentieth century in the US A. It also has significant analgesic and antipyretic properties, but it is not available in many countries because of the high incidence of adverse effects, especially agranulocytosis. © 2007 Copyright © 2007 Elsevier Inc.
