Abstract
This case report describes the treatment of a 17-year-old female with a constricted maxilla and Class II subdivision right malocclusion. The orthodontic treatment included a modified bone-borne miniscrew-assisted rapid palatal expander with a distalizing arm to expand the maxilla while concurrently distalizing the maxillary right molars. The treatment lasted for 30 months and established a Class I occlusion with improved smile esthetics.
